Here are the requirements for the delivered product and terms:
- We just need the HTML/CSS. You won't have to write any JS or PHP. It'll also just be the home page and one inside page without content. We will populate the content.
- Needs to be compatible with IE 7+, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Also, if you code it right you almost never need IE conditional statements.
- Needs to be coded to high quality standards. No Tables, dirty code or overuse of absolute positioning.
- No use of automated coding tools; the code they output is a disaster.
- Turnaround time will usually be around a week.
- We will pay by check or paypal (your choice) the day you deliver the product to us.
- Locals only please.
- You can work from home or wherever. We just need a reachable phone number for you and email address that you check regularly.
- You'll need to sign an agreement that you won't use the designs for anything or contact our customers. Standard stuff.
