• Comfort (if not necessarily equal excitement) about dealing with both front- and back-end
• Ability and passion about building from scratch fully-tested apps based on napkin design
• Ideally, a proficiency in Python or Ruby
• Preferably, a degree in CS
• Be local to Bay area or intend to relocate here shortly
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.

**NOTE: Our start-up is pre-funding, but because we've been profitable since Day 1, we have the ability to pay some base salary (plus generous equity). Base salary is going to be in the neighborhood of $5K per month. Once we get funding, you will be moved to a full market salary (in the next 3-6 months). However, we're looking for candidates that aren't concerned about the up-front money and love what we're doing and want to be part of something big.

- Be comfortable working with procedural PHP (a background in C is a plus)

hats
- Have familiarity with MySQL, NoSQL, and making the right choice
- Be self starting, and able to execute on a project plan with minimal
project management
