We are looking for someone with experience designing and implementing peer-to-peer video applications on PCs or Macs to design a system with specific requirements to be revealed under NDA. The ideal candidate should be able to duplicate Chatroulette functionality, though our application is unrelated. Flash 10.1 familiarity is a plus.
