The site will be primarily focused on NYC at launch and possibly expand thereafter. Sure, we're using Craigslist right now but can't you envision a better classifieds site that we could be using? Check out OLX.com and Ebay Classifieds for a taste of what I'm thinking about. What I have laid out already but not firm on is going to be much better than what's out there currently and more localized to NYC.
